Correspondence which has recently planscarbe passed between this Government and ber Majesty's Consul at Canton, arising from certain exactions and other offressive acts practices by the Chinese Revenne Oringers and
Customs Stations around bonghong on peaceful Stative trading Boats pregrrenting the Colorry._
